After the confirmation of an order, we will list all the quality requirements in the production plan and provide the confirmed samples for QC group and production line.

All the order will go into trial production before that of large cargo. After the trial production is finished, we will make a test according to quality standards. Based on test result, we will put up additional demands for production charge person to ensure the consistency between large cargo and samples in quality. In production of large cargo, we will make tests when the production is completed 20%, 50% and 100% respectively. We will carry out trial production system for all the new designs.

We will make a quality test for all the raw materials to enter warehouse, as the quality of raw materials are required to be consistent with those of confirmed samples. With vigorous support of suppliers, we can get proper raw materials even if we find them flawed.

We established independent production lines to ensure simultaneous production of different products in different orders, thus we can also accept small orders.
